Three Fingers Bar at PIERDREI Hotel & Negroni Week 2025 – Enjoyment with a purpose

From September 22 to 28, 2025 – and at our hotel even until October 31, 2025 – it's time again for the global Negroni Week.

The Three Fingers Bar at PIERDREI Hotel HafenCity is also taking part, combining taste with social commitment: for every Negroni sold, we will donate EUR 2 to GoBanyo – the shower bus for people living on the streets.

What is Negroni Week?
Negroni Week is an annual event organized by Campari, during which bars and cocktail lovers around the world celebrate the classic Negroni. The aim of the campaign is not only to promote creativity behind the bar – for example, through new interpretations and signature variations of the cocktail – but also to support social projects.

The Negroni: A simple but powerful mix of Campari, gin, and sweet vermouth, served on ice and garnished with a slice of orange. The classic, which incidentally originated in Florence, thrives on its clear structure and bitter-sweet nuances. 

Who is GoBanyo and what is behind it?
GoBanyo sees itself as a “shower bus for people who have to survive on the streets.” Because washing is dignity. GoBanyo brings mobile sanitary facilities directly to people who otherwise have little or no access to such facilities.The project was founded at the end of 2018, expanded operationally in 2019, and has since developed into one of the most important aid organizations in Hamburg. In addition to the shower bus, GoBanyo cooperates with various partners, offers shower sponsorships, and works on further social and sustainable projects.

What happens: For every Negroni sold at the Three Fingers Bar, we donate EUR 2 to GoBanyo.
