CONCERTS IN HAMBURG IN SUMMER 2022

Summer means freedom and the first concerts and also festivals may take place again. Whether in the Volkspark Stadium, in the Barclays Arena, at the Trabrennbahn or at the Stadtpark Open Air - there is guaranteed to be something for everyone. So that you are also well informed about all upcoming dates in the months of July, August and September, we have summarized some here.

 

Concerts in the Volkspark Stadium

Where usually the games of the HSV are played and the players are cheered on, there will be musical experiences in between this summer. Singing along with 50,000 other people to the best-known songs of your favorite artist - that sounds like a guaranteed good evening, doesn't it?

 

Here are a few concerts taking place at Volksparkstadion in July:

 

-          Die Toten Hosen: July 14 at 7 p.m.

-          Marteria: July 16 at 8 p.m.

-          Jan Delay: July 21 at 7 p.m

 

Concerts in the city park

Besides the cool atmosphere you can experience at Volksparkstadion, there is another highlight this summer: the Stadtpark Open Air. Many different artists, different music genres, dancing and enjoying the open air as well as delicious food and drinks - all this is offered there from July to September. An event here is definitely worth it!

 

Here are some concerts taking place in the city parc in July, August and September:

Hamburg Summer of Culture at the Bahrenfeld harness racing track

In July and August, the trotting track in Bahrenfeld is transformed into a unique concert venue. The location and the performing artists invite you to create unforgettable summer moments. If you feel like dancing together, jumping, partying exuberantly and singing along to your favorite songs, you shouldn't miss it!

 

Here are some of the concerts taking place at the harness racing track in August:

 

-          Mark Forster: August 16 at 7 p.m.

-          Die Ärzte: August 24 at 8 p.m.

-          Scooter: August 27 at 7 p.m.

 

Concerts at the Barclays Arena

Maybe you are not so much into open air and want to sit in the dry despite possible rain? Then an event in the Barclays Arena would be just right for you! With a maximum of 16,000 seats, the arena offers enough space for everyone who wants to experience an unforgettable evening together with their favorite artists!

 

Here are some concerts taking place at Barclays Arena in August and September:

 

-          Sunrise Avenue: August 18 at 19:30

-          Bosse - Sunnyside Live: September 17 at 8 p.m.

-          Clueso: September 24 at 8 p.m.

-          No Angeles: September 25 at 8 p.m.

 

Festivals in and around Hamburg

If one concert a day is not enough for you, you should take a look at the upcoming festivals in and around Hamburg. Whether one, two or three days of dancing and partying - the ticket selection leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to your favorite artist, you can also discover one or the other newcomer that you had not yet on the screen.

 

Here are some festivals taking place in August and September:

 

-          Holi Festival: August 13 at 12 p.m.

-          MS Dockville: August 19-21

-          Reeperbahn Festival: September 21-24.
