Our menu is inspired by the world’s best cuisines and chefs, regardless of whether they originate in spectacular restaurants or fascinating families. There are countless places all over the planet with unconventional approaches to raw materials and traditions, preparation and presentation forms that warrant a closer look. We did look closely. And we are planning to stay on the lookout – on journeys across all continents that we capture on pictures and film in order to share our discoveries with our guests.
We are looking over the shoulders of both premier chefs in cosmopolitan centres and grandmothers on the countryside, as long as they have something special cooking on the stove or baking in the oven. And it’s precisely the fusion of grandma’s home recipe and the top chef’s eye-catching compositions that is at the heart of our menu.

The Grand Tour of Switzerland takes you on a journey through breathtaking landscapes and lets you experience the diversity of Swiss flavours. From delicate cheeses from Appenzell or Gruyère to tempting chocolates in Zurich and exquisite wines from Ticino and Valais – each region has its own culinary highlights. Traditions and innovative accents of Swiss cuisine come to life, as do picturesque villages, charming towns and the impressive Alps.
We also draw inspiration from this journey and bring Switzerland to your plate course by course – just as it is, interpreted in the KITCHENS style.
