These values are at the centre of our corporate culture and we are actively committed to creating an atmosphere of openness and tolerance.
Unfortunately, openness and tolerance are not practised everywhere as a matter of course. That is why we are particularly proud to support the ‘WELCOMING OUT’ movement. This initiative is committed to making tolerance and acceptance visible and helping people to experience a fear-free coming out. As a member of the ‘PATRONS OF WELCOMING OUT’, we are demonstrating our commitment to these important values.
Since the beginning of the year, we at the PIERDREI Hotel have been supporting the important work of ‘WELCOMING OUT’. This initiative uses a simple symbol to proactively signal to people that they invite non-out LGBTIQ+ people to come out to them without fear. This non-verbal signal symbolises an open and accepting attitude and shows that positive reactions to coming out can be expected.
At the PIERDREI Hotel, we are committed to spreading this message and promoting a culture of acceptance and tolerance. We firmly believe that everyone has the right to a life free from fear and an open, accepting environment.
