Bookings from 25th May onwards remain valid. We will inform all affected guests should the period of hotel closure change.

Plans changed and there's no need to come to Hamburg any longer?

For a stay booked via our website and already paid for in advance, we would like to send you a voucher so that we can still welcome you personally in the future. Alternatively, we will refund any payments already made.
